Amazon would like to depose President Donald Trump above the tech firm’s shedding bid for a $10 billion army contract.

The Pentagon awarded the cloud computing challenge to Microsoft in Oct. Amazon afterwards sued, arguing that Trump’s interference and bias against the company harmed Amazon’s prospects of profitable the contract.

The company stated in a federal court docket submitting in Washington on Monday that Trump has a well-documented private animus in direction of Amazon, its CEO Jeff Bezos and The Washington Put up, which Bezos owns.
