China and India Pull Back From Himalayan Standoff

 NEW DELHI—India and China have begun pulling again some of their troops from a standoff in disputed border spots in the Himalayan mountains, subsequent modern talks involving senior navy leaders and diplomatic initiatives to quiet tensions, in accordance to an Indian security formal.

Chinese troops have moved again quite a few miles from the entrance line at three disputed border-patrol points in one of the spots, the security formal claimed.
